I'm Josie Jarvis, an Occupational Science Informed Coach with a passion for supporting those who face workplace toxicity and a desire for increased intellectual stimulation in their adult lives. With a background in Social Sciences, Evolutionary Theory, Field Biology, and Occupational Therapy, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and expertise to guide you towards long-term resiliency and joy.
